Carmela Haye’s “A Passion for Fresh Pasta”

Carmela is renowned for her abilities at producing glorious fresh pasta, and with this box she has created, you can recreate all those wonderful dishes you have read about in her books, or seen her prepare on Instagram!

• 1kg Petra “00” flour (The ultimate fresh pasta flour)
• 1kg Semola flour (Use this to add texture and colour to fresh pasta)
• 6 Italian eggs
• 250ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 250g Sterilgarda Ricotta (The classic Italian ricotta, firm and smooth)
• 400g Casa Marazzo Whole Tinned Tomatoes (Grown on the slopes of Vesuvius, these are the best tinned tomatoes we have found)
• 300g Grana Padano (Hard grating cheese, perfect for pasta)
