Rosie MacKean

Having worked as a chef in London kitchens for 2 years, training under Angela Hartnett at Cafe Murano Rosie now works in television and publishing as a Home Economist and Food Stylist for some of the countries biggest Chefs.

Rosie speaks Italian, has worked and travelled extensively in Italy and is absolutely passionate about pasta and Italian food. She loves to teach and has a wealth of video tutorials, recipes and tips on her Instagram @rosiemackeanpastaqueen.
