Carmela Sereno knows a thing or two about pasta, thats why we asked her to come up with her dream box, full of everything she uses to create mouthwatering recipes for her family, recipe books, social media platforms and live demo’s and supper clubs across the country. So if you cant get Carmela to cook you a proper old fashioned plate of pasta, this box will pretty much do it for you. Not included: Boiling water.

Inside the box…
- 500g Riscossa Paccheri (Our favourite shape of pasta, from one of the professional best brands)
- 500g Fresh Orechiette (Fresh pasta, made in puglia and shaped like a little ear)
- 500g Riscossa Spaghetti
- 1l Extra Virgin Oil
- 120g Maletti Guanciale (Cured pigs cheek, perfect for Carbonara and Gricia)
- x2 Tropea/Umbrian onions (Dependant on market availability) (Super sweet Italian onions perfect for slow roasting, dressing with a little oil and alt and eating raw, or mixed into pasta)
- 1 Bulb Italian Garlic
- 400g San Vincenzo Nduja (The best Nduja we have found. Made with no fatty off cuts or sinew, just pure pork belly)
- 400g Casa Marazzo Whole Tinned Tomato (The best tinned tomatoes we have found, straight from the slopes of Vesuvius)
- 400g Torpedino Tomatoes (Perfect for eating raw with a little olive oil, or cooking to make a lively little sauce, exclusive tomato to instabox and the best Italian restaurants)
- 420g Casa Marrazo Grilled Peppers (Whole, super sweet, giant peppers straight from Campania. great in pasta, or with meat/ fish)
- 210g Casa Marazzo Friarelli (From Campania again, a real delicacy. Like tenderstem broccoli but richer and kept under olive oil. Great with pizza, pasta, bruschetta or as a side)
- 250ml Italian Red Wine Vinegar
