La Boatina Ribolla Gialla (Friuli, 75cl)

One of the Instabox office top white wines, a favourite with the staff here and across the restaurant world. A really old Friulian grape variety, bright straw yellow in colour, floral nose, super juicy palate with massive length. We have this wine with, everything pretty much! But best suited to shellfish, round and flat fish and anything that is herby. Great for aperitivo with some bibanesi.
