
Joe Hurd’s Simple Pizza/Pasta/Risotto Box
Cant make up your mind between Pizza, Pasta or Risotto? This box will satisfy the most indecisive of cooks and leave you with plenty of extra ingredients to spread out the meals for a few extra weeks. We have put in 4 of our frozen Neapolitan dough balls that are made in Napoli into the box, the best cheese we have found for pizza, Fior di Agerola, beautiful fresh Sicilian sausage from Mulinello, roast peppers, friarelli and our best passata from STAR.
This box will feed 6-8 people. It will make 4 good sized pizzas that are great for sharing, 5 portions of pasta and 10 portions of risotto but will probably stretch much further. Packed full of essentials used by the best trattoria and pizzeria’s

Inside the box…
- x4 250g Neapolitan Dough Balls (Frozen. Take out the freezer for three hours to thaw, then allow to prove for 3 more hours at room temperature)
- 500g Riscossa Spaghetti
- 500g Fior di Agerola Fior Di Latte Cheese (The best cheese to put on a pizza, as used by the best Neapolitan Pizzeria)
- 700g STAR Pummaro’ (Super rich, deep Italian passata. One of our “star” products of the year and works brilliantly with all dishes)
- 250g Mulinello Fennel Salsiccia (Traditional sausage made in Sicily. Perfect in pizza, pasta and risotti)
- 210g Casa Marazzo Friarelli Olio Tradizionale (The classic pizza topping of Napoli alongside some sausage and fior di latte. plus, goes great for a Vegan risotto or a typical plate of pasta from Puglia. Think tender stem broccoli, but much better)
- 420g Casa Marazzo Grilled Peppers (Huge, whole peppers from Campania and grown by Vesuvius. You wont try sweeter unless you wereon the Marazzo family farm!)
- 1kg Arborio Rice
