Makes around 10 portions of risotto. From black quid ink, to Carbonara, Gremolata, Porcini Mushroom and a classic Milanese with Saffron. Includes a beautiful bottle of wine.

This box has been designed to give you perfect risotto every time, thanks in a large part to the inclusion of Riso Acquerello, in our opinion the best rice in the world. Due to its extensive, yet gentle and natural processing, you end up with a rice thats uniformity in shape, texture and appearance is second to none. • 300g Grana Padano (Hard, young Italian cheese)
• 12g Saffron
• 1kg Riso Acquerello Carnaroli (A kilo of the worlds best rice, as used by some of the biggest culinary names in the world. Super easy to cook with amazing results)
• 250g Vittoria Burro (Italian butter)
• x1 Garlic Bulb
• 75cl Victoria Pinot Grigio (Light and dry white wine. Great for cooking or drinking..while cooking)
• 100g Italian Lemon (The King of Lemons)
• Bunch of Parsley (Perfect for a tangy gremolata)
• 125g Buffalo Mozzarella
• 500g Pancetta Cubetti (Cubed pancetta. Check out Rosies signature Carbonara Risotto)
