Schola Sarmenti Fiano (Puglia, 75cl)

Our official top white wine of 2020. Everything about this bottle of wine is frankly stunning. A super fresh tasting wine with the aroma of toasted nuts, white flowers, lemon zest. Its dry, medium alcohol at 12.5 flavours of orange blossom, acacia, green pear but also a good sapidity. Highly recomended with mussels, octopus, squid, salads and roast vegetables. Perfect as an aperitivo with some really salty crisps and olives.
