Serragrilli Gavi di Gavi (Piedmont,75cl)

A really well structured wine. Yellow, intense and luminous with hints of wild apple, pear and wildflowers. Brilliant wine with aperitivo, shellfish, oysters, grilled or fried fish and vegetables. A wine that lends itself more to the delicate and less to the aggressive flavours of this world. Also beautiful chilled and had along some taralli biscuits in the back garden.
